Method
Soften the butter
- Let 4 sticks of salted butter sit at room temperature for about 30–45 minutes until fully softened.
Whip the butter
- Add the softened butter to a stand mixer (or use a hand mixer) and beat on medium-high speed for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add honey and cream
- Pour in ⅓ cup honey and ¼ cup heavy whipping cream.
- Continue mixing on medium-high speed for 4–6 minutes until smooth and airy.
Finish
- Add a pinch of salt, mix briefly, then taste and adjust if needed.
- Serve immediately or store.
