Cookie Dough Espresso Martini

A rich, dessert-style espresso martini made with vodka, coffee liqueur, and cookie dough coffee concentrate, shaken ice-cold and poured over creamy coffee creamer. Finished with cold foam and cookie crumbles for a sweet, indulgent cocktail twist.

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 oz espresso or cold brew I used Jot Cookie Dough Ultra Coffee Concentrate
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 2 oz coffee liqueur I used Kahlúa
  • 1 oz maple syrup or simple syrup
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup coffee creamer I recommend Coffee Mate Butter Brown Chocolate Chip
  • ice
  • garnish options: cold foam, chocolate chip cookie crumbles, coffee beans I recommend Coffee Mate Butter Brown Chocolate Chip

Method
 

Fill the shaker
  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the espresso or cold brew, vodka, coffee liqueur, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
Shake it up
  1. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until very cold and slightly frothy.
Prep the glasses
  1. Fill four martini or coupe glasses with fresh ice.
Add the creamer
  1. Pour coffee creamer directly over the ice in each glass, using about 1/4 cup per glass (adjust to taste).
Strain & pour
  1. Strain the shaken espresso mixture over the creamer-filled glasses, letting the layers naturally swirl together.
Garnish
  1. Top with cold foam, sprinkle with cookie dough crumbles, and finish with a few coffee beans if desired.
Serve immediately
