Method
Fill the shaker
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the espresso or cold brew, vodka, coffee liqueur, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
Shake it up
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until very cold and slightly frothy.
Prep the glasses
- Fill four martini or coupe glasses with fresh ice.
Add the creamer
- Pour coffee creamer directly over the ice in each glass, using about 1/4 cup per glass (adjust to taste).
Strain & pour
- Strain the shaken espresso mixture over the creamer-filled glasses, letting the layers naturally swirl together.
Garnish
- Top with cold foam, sprinkle with cookie dough crumbles, and finish with a few coffee beans if desired.
